Business Listing Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before submitting a business or purchasing a listing plan.

Effective date: October 23, 2026
Website: https://probizpage.com

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting business information to ProBizPage, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Business Listing Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all applicants and listed businesses, including Premium, Featured and any time-limited Early Birds offer.

If you are submitting information on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business and accept these terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your business information.

2. Purpose of ProBizPage

ProBizPage, showcases businesses from around the world. Its purpose is to help people discover businesses, explore products and services, and connect with businesses across countries and markets.

The platform enables businesses to present their business information, products, services, photographs, contact details and other eligible content through published business profiles.

ProBizPage provides a managed listing service. Business owners submit their information and supporting materials, while ProBizPage handles the creation and publication of their profiles according to the applicable listing plan.

A listing is not, by itself, a separately owned or independently hosted business website.

3. Eligibility and Acceptance of Listings

Submitting an application does not guarantee that a business will be accepted or published.

ProBizPage reserves the right to review submissions and decline applications that do not meet its eligibility requirements, editorial standards or business-directory focus.

Global business eligibility: Businesses from any country may apply, provided they supply genuine, accurate business information and comply with these terms and applicable law. Applicants must identify the business's actual operating country and operating location. ProBizPage may request clarification or reasonable supporting information before accepting or retaining a listing.

Applicants must provide genuine business information and must not misrepresent their location, operations, ownership, qualifications or business relationships.

ProBizPage may request clarification or supporting evidence before publishing or modifying a listing.

4. Accuracy and Authorisation of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate, current, complete and authorised for publication.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Business name, address and operating locations.
  • Telephone numbers, email addresses and website URLs.
  • Business descriptions, opening hours and contact details.
  • Products, services, prices and promotional offers.
  • Photographs, logos, videos, catalogues and other media.
  • Professional qualifications, licences, certifications and awards.
  • Claims concerning experience, expertise, products or services.

You must notify ProBizPage of material changes to your business information and submit corrected details when necessary.

ProBizPage may correct obvious typographical errors, request clarification, decline unsupported claims or remove information reasonably considered inaccurate or misleading.

ProBizPage's publication of information does not independently verify or certify the business, its owners, products, services, qualifications or claims.

5. Business Profile Creation and Management

ProBizPage creates and publishes business listings using the information and materials supplied by the business.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, business owners do not receive direct access to edit their WordPress listings.

Requests for profile changes must be communicated through the submission method or contact channel designated by ProBizPage.

The availability and scope of content updates depend on the applicable plan and any published update policy.

ProBizPage may request additional information, supporting materials or clarification before implementing a requested change.

Reasonable efforts will be made to process accepted requests, but processing times may vary according to the nature of the request and workload.

ProBizPage may decline requests that are unlawful, misleading, unauthorised, technically impractical or outside the applicable plan.

6. Listing Plans and Included Benefits

ProBizPage currently offers the following plans. The features included in each plan are described in the published pricing comparison and any applicable written plan-specific offer.

Premium — $199 per 12 months: An enhanced professional business page with the features specified in the published pricing comparison.

Featured — $399 per 12 months: An enhanced business page with the features specified for this plan, including eligible custom profile colour themes.

Early Birds — limited-time introductory offer: For a limited time only, ProBizPage may offer selected businesses an Early Birds listing at no charge, subject to the eligibility requirements, benefits and conditions stated on the business information collection form. The offer period, availability and any special benefits will be communicated on that form. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and ProBizPage may close the offer when the stated period ends or the offer is otherwise withdrawn.

The published pricing comparison, together with these terms and any applicable written plan-specific agreement, defines the features associated with each plan.

Features not expressly included in the selected plan are not automatically included.

ProBizPage may offer separate paid promotional services or packages. These are not included in a listing plan unless expressly stated in the applicable offer.

ProBizPage will not guarantee that a business will receive a particular number of photographs, updates, promotional placements or other benefits beyond those specified for its plan.

7. Fees, Payments and Renewals

The applicable plan price and payment period will be communicated before a paid plan is purchased.

Premium and Featured plans are offered for a 12-month period, subject to the payment and activation arrangements confirmed by ProBizPage.

Payments are handled through the payment methods designated by ProBizPage. A paid plan is not considered paid until payment has been received and confirmed. Early Birds participation is a limited-time introductory offer, not a permanent free plan, and is subject to the offer conditions communicated on the business information collection form.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, paid plans do not renew automatically. The business owner is responsible for requesting renewal and completing the required payment before or after expiry, subject to ProBizPage's renewal procedures.

A renewal takes effect when ProBizPage confirms the applicable payment and updates the plan records.

ProBizPage will communicate any applicable price changes before a renewal is agreed. A price change will not retrospectively alter a paid period.

8. Expiry, Renewal and Changes to Plan Benefits

When a Premium or Featured plan expires without renewal, ProBizPage may deactivate or remove the benefits reserved for that paid plan.

Where technically and operationally supported, the underlying business listing may remain published in a basic form, subject to the eligibility requirements and these terms.

Expiry of a paid plan does not automatically entitle the business to retain Premium or Featured features.

If the business renews and payment is confirmed, the eligible paid features may be restored in accordance with the renewed plan.

Early Birds is a limited-time introductory offer and is not a permanent free plan. Its availability, duration and benefits are governed by the information communicated on the business information collection form and any acceptance confirmation provided by ProBizPage. Early Birds benefits are not automatically permanent or equivalent to Premium or Featured benefits.

9. Refunds, Cancellations and Billing Disputes

Please review your eligibility, selected plan, price and submitted information carefully before making payment. Creating a business profile takes time and work, including reviewing submitted information, preparing and arranging profile content, formatting materials and publishing the listing. Once this work has started, the time spent cannot be recovered. A published profile may also begin to build online history and authority over time.

For these reasons, listing-plan payments are generally non-refundable once ProBizPage has begun processing the application or creating the profile, except where a refund is required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. A change of mind, a decision not to proceed after work has started, expiry or early discontinuation of a plan, or not receiving a particular amount of traffic, search visibility, enquiries or sales does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Eligibility and payments: Businesses from any country may apply, subject to ProBizPage's review and these terms. ProBizPage may decline an application if the business does not meet its content, eligibility or operational requirements, or if required information is not provided. Payments for an application later found to be ineligible are subject to the refund and cancellation terms above, including any refund required by applicable law or binding payment-provider rules. Applicants should review the requirements before paying.

If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, made a duplicate payment, or that a payment has not been properly recorded, contact ProBizPage with the relevant payment details. These cases will be reviewed, and any refund required by law or applicable payment-provider rules will be handled accordingly.

ProBizPage does not intend to exclude or restrict any cancellation, refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Submitting a cancellation or refund request does not automatically cancel a payment or guarantee a refund.

10. Ownership and Permission to Use Submitted Materials

You retain ownership of the photographs, logos, text, videos, catalogues and other materials that you own or are authorised to submit.

By submitting these materials, you grant ProBizPage a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce, display, format, resize, publish and distribute them as reasonably necessary to create, operate, maintain and promote your business listing and ProBizPage.

This permission includes displaying the materials on the directory and using relevant listing content in ProBizPage's directory-related promotional activities, subject to applicable law and any specific restrictions agreed in writing.

You confirm that you own the submitted materials or have obtained the permissions required for their use and publication.

You must not submit materials that infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

You may request removal of materials you are authorised to control. ProBizPage will assess the request and take appropriate action, subject to legal obligations, legitimate recordkeeping and any applicable dispute.

11. Prohibited Content and Activities

You must not submit, request or encourage the publication of content that:

  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening or unlawful.
  • Infringes intellectual property or other third-party rights.
  • Contains false qualifications, fabricated testimonials or misleading business claims.
  • Impersonates another business or misrepresents authority to act for it.
  • Contains malware, malicious links, phishing attempts or harmful code.
  • Promotes prohibited products, services or activities contrary to applicable law or ProBizPage's published standards.
  • Misuses personal information or publishes another person's private information without appropriate authority.
  • Attempts to manipulate directory listings, reviews, rankings or search visibility through deceptive practices.

ProBizPage may decline, edit where appropriate, suspend or remove content that breaches these terms or creates a reasonable legal, security or reputational risk.

12. Reviews, Endorsements and Business Verification

A published listing does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, certification or independent verification of the listed business.

Unless ProBizPage expressly states otherwise, the directory should not be understood as certifying a business's legitimacy, financial standing, qualifications, quality, safety or regulatory compliance.

Where reviews or testimonials are displayed, users must not submit fabricated, manipulated or misleading reviews.

ProBizPage may moderate or remove reviews and other user-submitted content in accordance with its applicable policies.

13. Search Engines, Traffic and Business Results

ProBizPage aims to make business information accessible and discoverable online. However, it does not guarantee:

  • Inclusion or continued indexing by Google or other search engines.
  • Any particular search-engine position or ranking.
  • A specified number of profile views, website visits, enquiries or leads.
  • Increased sales, revenue, customer acquisition or business growth.
  • Uninterrupted availability or visibility of any listing.

Search-engine algorithms, user behaviour, internet connectivity, third-party platforms and other factors beyond ProBizPage's control may affect visibility and results.

Any SEO-related features included in a plan are provided as specified in the pricing comparison and do not guarantee ranking or traffic outcomes.

14. Directory Availability and Technical Changes

ProBizPage will make reasonable efforts to maintain the directory, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, security incidents, technical failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

ProBizPage may update the directory's design, software, layout, features or operating procedures where reasonably necessary.

Where practical, ProBizPage will seek to minimise disruption to published listings.

15. Suspension, Removal and Termination

ProBizPage may suspend, restrict or remove a listing where reasonably necessary because of:

  • A breach of these terms.
  • False, misleading or unauthorised information.
  • Unlawful content or a credible legal complaint.
  • A security risk or attempted misuse of the platform.
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
  • Expiry of plan benefits, as described in these terms.
  • A legal requirement or other legitimate operational reason.

Where appropriate, ProBizPage may contact the business to request clarification or allow an opportunity to correct the issue before taking action.

Nothing in this section prevents immediate action where reasonably necessary to address a serious security risk, unlawful content or urgent legal concern.

Where a listing is removed, ProBizPage will handle any associated payment or refund issue in accordance with the applicable terms and law.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

ProBizPage may collect and process business contact information, information about authorised representatives, submitted materials and payment records as necessary to review applications, create and maintain listings, administer plans, communicate with clients and protect the platform.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with ProBizPage's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Business owners must ensure that they have the authority and any required permission to submit personal information relating to employees, representatives, customers or other individuals.

The public business profile should contain only information intended and authorised for publication.

Please consult the ProBizPage Privacy Policy for details concerning the collection, use, retention, disclosure and applicable rights relating to personal information.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

A listing may contain links to the business's own website, social media pages, videos or other third-party services.

ProBizPage does not control the content, availability, security, policies or practices of external websites and services.

A link or embedded item does not necessarily mean that ProBizPage endorses the linked business, service or content.

Visitors who interact with a listed business do so at their own discretion and should independently assess the business and its offers.

18. Responsibility for Transactions Between Businesses and Customers

ProBizPage provides a business-directory and listing service. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, it is not a party to transactions between a listed business and its customers.

Listed businesses remain responsible for their own products, services, representations, pricing, licences, contracts, customer service, delivery, refunds, warranties and legal obligations.

Customers should direct questions, orders, complaints and payment disputes concerning a listed business to that business, while retaining any rights available under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law requires ProBizPage to retain.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProBizPage will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a business's use of the directory, its expectations of visibility or commercial results, third-party conduct or temporary technical interruptions beyond ProBizPage's reasonable control.

ProBizPage does not guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by listed businesses and cannot independently verify every statement or item of content submitted.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Changes to These Terms

ProBizPage may update these terms when necessary to reflect changes in its services, pricing arrangements, operational procedures or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on the website with its effective date.

Where a material change affects an existing paid plan, ProBizPage will take reasonable steps to communicate the change and will not apply it retrospectively to remove benefits already paid for without an appropriate basis under the existing agreement or applicable law.

Continued use of the directory or submission of a new application after revised terms take effect will be subject to the applicable terms, as permitted by law.

21. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about your listing, a payment, a requested update or the application of these terms, contact ProBizPage using the contact details published on the website.

Please provide your business name, listing URL, a description of the issue and any relevant supporting information.

The parties should attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before pursuing other available remedies, except where urgent legal action or another procedure is appropriate.

22. Applicable Law

These terms are intended to operate in accordance with the applicable laws of Cameroon, including relevant laws governing electronic commerce, consumer protection and personal data protection.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts as determined by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive a business or individual of a mandatory legal right or protection.
